School Supplies Contract

The Caesar Rodney School District, on behalf of the State of Delaware's Local Education Agencies (LEAs), is soliciting bids for a contract to supply school supplies. This contract will cover a broad spectrum of items, including but not limited to adhesives, apparel, arts and crafts, baby products, binders, notebooks, books, business machines, calendars, planners, computer equipment, correction items, cutting instruments, desk items, display items, electronic storage, filing and storage solutions, furniture, grocery items, health and beauty products, kitchen supplies, landscaping items, mailroom supplies, measuring tools, music equipment, paper products, personnel items, pet products, photography supplies, stamps, toys, wireless accessories, and writing instruments. Vendors are expected to provide comprehensive catalogs and offer discounts off catalog prices. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions through negotiation. Pricing must remain firm for the initial term, though vendors may offer lower pricing at any time. The contract requires a single, local point of contact for customer service and adherence to specific delivery, quality assurance, and warranty terms. Bids must be submitted electronically and in paper format by June 25, 2026.
