The delineated area for the space is bounded by Cervantes Street to the north, Main Street to the south, 9th Avenue to the east, and De Villiers Street to the west. The lease will be a fully serviced lease, and the offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Parking for a total of 9 spaces is required, all of which should be surface parking. The lease will have a full term of 5 years, with a firm term of up to 5 years and no option term. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account factors such as relocation costs and agency downtime. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
