The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, identified as PID 122817, across several parking garages: 8th & Sycamore Garage, Court & Walnut Garage, Whex Garage, and Ziegler Park Garage. The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for the complete installation of EVSE units, associated wiring, conduit, wall mounts, brackets, signage, and pavement markings. The project also involves the removal and disposal of existing EV chargers. Maintenance and software services for the EV charging stations are required for a period of five years. Additionally, the project includes the furnishing and installation of a cell phone signal booster at the Ziegler Park Garage to improve underground cell signal. Bidders are required to submit pricing electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The contract duration is estimated to be 90 days for on-site work completion after notice to proceed, with a one-year warranty period for all project work.
