Description

Nassau County, New York, through its Sheriff's Department (NCSD), is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide inmate commissary services and operate the inmate banking system at the Nassau County Correctional Facility. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for furnishing all necessary materials, labor, administration, management, and equipment to operate an electronic, computer-based inmate commissary and banking system at no cost to the County. NCSD aims to select vendors that can offer the highest quality services at the most cost-effective fees, adhering to a policy of equal opportunity. The solicitation is posted on the Nassau County Solicitations Board, and proposals are due by June 22, 2026.
