Security Guard Services for Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is soliciting proposals for uniformed security guard services. This is an indefinite quantity requirements contract to provide armed and unarmed security guard services on a scheduled and as-needed basis for various SNRHA properties located in Clark County, Nevada, including Henderson, the City of Las Vegas, and the City of North Las Vegas. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a visible deterrent to property crimes, responding to calls for service and emergencies, conducting patrols, performing maintenance checks, and documenting incidents. The services will encompass a wide range of SNRHA developments and facilities, detailed in the RFP. The contract is anticipated to begin on October 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and four one-year options, for a total potential term of five years.
