Install New Road & Bridge Shop - Vermillion

Moffat County is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to serve as a Road & Bridge shop at the Vermillion site near Maybell, Colorado. The project scope includes furnishing and erecting the complete building shell, including framing, panels, insulation, doors, and windows. The existing 40' x 60' building will be demolished by the County prior to construction. The new building will measure 46 feet wide by 66 feet long with an eave height of 18 feet and a minimum 2:12 roof pitch. Key features include two overhead doors (one 10'x10' and one 18'x18'), six 3'x3' windows, and one man door. The building must meet 2018 IECC Climate Zone 6B insulation requirements. The County will handle demolition, interior slab infill, and all interior construction and utility improvements.
