Asphalt Emulsion Supply for City of Huron

The City of Huron, South Dakota, is soliciting sealed proposals for the furnishing and supply of asphalt emulsion. The contract period is from June 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026. The estimated quantity for CRS-2P is 155 tons, more or less. Specifications and proposal forms are available on the City of Huron's website at https://huronsd.gov/bids.aspx. A bid bond is waived for this solicitation; however, bidders who fail to enter into a contract after award notification may be removed from the bidder's list and future consideration. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
