Housing and Homelessness Services Vendor Pool - Round 2 Update

Alameda County Health is seeking qualified vendors to establish a vendor pool for a range of housing and homelessness services. This Request for Qualification (RFQ) aims to identify vendors capable of providing services in four categories: Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim and Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention Services. Services can include direct services, program start-up, capacity-building, technical assistance, or innovation. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of experience in providing services to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Key dates have been updated, with the Round 2 response due date now set for August 11, 2026. The contract term is up to three years with an option to renew for an additional two years.
