This is a sources sought notice to determine interest from qualified small businesses (including HUBZone, woman-owned, 8(a), and service-disabled veteran-owned concerns) for a road construction project on Burro Creek Road in Mohave County, Arizona. The project involves approximately 1.3 miles of roadway resurfacing using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Asphalt Concrete Pavement, along with drainage improvements such as culvert installation and ditch reconditioning. Earthwork, stabilization, and safety features including signage and traffic control are also included. The estimated project price range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Interested prime contractors must submit a statement of intent, socioeconomic category confirmation, bonding capability letter, and a list of similar past projects by June 4, 2026.
