Description
This solicitation is for the General Work, including all trades, for the Forest View project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The project involves the construction of 8 housing units: 4 three-bedroom, two-bath duplex townhomes and 4 two-bedroom duplex units. Contractors must be properly licensed in the State of South Carolina.
