Raft River Habitat and Vegetation Project: Lop and Scatter Services

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for habitat and vegetation management services, specifically the lop and scatter of vegetation across up to 717 acres in Box Elder County. This project is being conducted by the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. Participation in this solicitation is strictly limited to contractors who have been prequalified and are on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list. Pricing must be guaranteed by the vendor through the completion of the project. The anticipated performance period for this contract is from June 1 to October 31, 2026. The contract award will be made to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor, determined by the lowest cost per acre.
