Tazewell County Copier/Printer Lease & Service Agreement

Tazewell County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified parties for a Copier/Printer Lease & Service Agreement (Project #2026-F-01). The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents can be obtained from the Tazewell County Finance Office or online via BidNet Direct. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST at the McKenzie Building, 11 S. Fourth St., Suite 120, Pekin, Illinois, 61554. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting for site review and clarification. Proposals must be submitted to the Tazewell County Finance Office, 11 S. Fourth Street, Suite 120, Pekin, Illinois, 61554, by 2:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 8, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline. Written questions regarding the RFP must be submitted to Mindy L. Darcy, Tazewell County Administrator, at bids@tazewell-il.gov by 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 1, 2026.
