Zoning Administration Services

The Eaton Area Joint Planning Commission (EAJPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to act as the zoning administrator for their newly formed zoning authority. The selected firm will be responsible for serving as staff to the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals, administering the zoning ordinance, maintaining records, and engaging with applicants and residents within the EAJPC's constituent jurisdictions. The EAJPC comprises seven townships located in western Eaton County, Michigan: Bellevue, Brookfield, Chester, Kalamo, Sunfield, Vermontville, and Walton.
