The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Clothing & Textiles is seeking to identify potential sources capable of assisting with and overseeing the production and delivery of various cloth materials. These materials are subject to standard testing and shade testing. The contract(s) will include a guaranteed minimum of 203,200 yards and a maximum quantity of 9,751,200 yards, combinable across the listed cloths, over five 12-month terms. The required cloths include Army Cloth, Gabardine, Poly/Wool in Heritage Taupe (PGC 12170 and PGC 12813), Army Blue Serge Polyester Wool (PGC 33125 and PGC 33126), MDW Blue Poplin Cotton Polyester (Water Repellent) (PGC 11232), and MDW Blue Elastique (PGC 91758 and PGC 91759). Potential contractors will be responsible for production oversight, quality assurance, supply chain management, delivery (estimated 150 days lead time), source identification, documentation, and compliance. While domestically sourced materials are preferred, approved DNA (Direct National Agreement) is applicable for Heritage Taupe if domestic sources cannot meet requirements. Contractors are not required to be direct manufacturers but are responsible for ensuring materials meet contract terms regardless of the manufacturing source. Offerors may be required to provide samples and letters of commitment, and awards may not be made on an "all-or-nothing" basis.
