Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation Services

Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES (PNW BOCES) and its component school districts are seeking a qualified contractor to provide asbestos abatement and mold remediation services. The scope of work will vary per project, with quotes provided based on a rate sheet. Services will be performed at facilities located in Westchester and Putnam Counties, New York. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of continuous service in the industry, possess adequate financial resources, and have a satisfactory record of performance and integrity. All applicable federal and state licenses are required. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with two one-year options to renew.
