Professional Services for School Physician, Sideline Doctor, and Speech & Language Therapy

The West New York Board of Education is conducting a Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs) process to establish a pool of qualified professional services firms. This procurement aims to secure services including a school physician, sideline doctor, and speech & language therapy. The process is being conducted in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and 20.5 et seq., NJSA 18A:18-5 et seq., and Local Finance Notice 2007-11 (C). Firms selected for the pool will be chosen based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, with projects assigned on a project-by-project basis or as deemed necessary by the Board. Selection for the pool does not guarantee a minimum number of projects. The Board reserves the right to make project assignments all at once or as each project is activated, with fee negotiations occurring after the most qualified firm is selected for a specific project.
