FCI Williamsburg Bread and Roll Requirements

This solicitation is for the supply of commercial bakery products, including white bread, whole wheat bread, and hot dog rolls, to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Williamsburg in Salters, South Carolina. The contract will be firm-fixed price and is set aside for small business concerns. Deliveries are scheduled weekly from July 6, 2026, through September 30, 2026, to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse. The government will evaluate offers based on past performance and price, with past performance being the most important factor. The estimated quantities for white, whole wheat, or wheat bread are 303,600 each, and for hamburger and hot dog rolls, 34,008 each for each type.
