The City of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, operating as the Winston-Salem/Forsyth Housing Consortium, are making available for public review and comment their draft 2026-2027 Annual Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. This plan details the proposed use of federal entitlement funds, including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds, for the upcoming program year.
