Asphalt Products for City of Roseville

The City of Roseville is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Asphalt Products. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through publicpurchase.com by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on May 26, 2026. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as determined by the total "Unit Price" from the Attachment A Pricing Worksheet. All products will be picked up by City of Roseville staff on a will-call basis, and the pricing must include all fees and delivery costs. Specifications require that the asphalt concrete mixes meet Cal Trans Standard and Specification Section 39, with specific requirements for graduation, performance grade, uniformity, and consistency. Failure to meet all bid specifications may result in rejection.
