Barn Structure Demolition Services

The City of Geneva is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications from interested vendors to provide demolition services for a barn structure and all associated outbuildings, silos, and agricultural infrastructure located at 64 N. Peck Road. The scope of work includes the complete demolition and removal of the main barn structure (estimated 60' x 120', two-story timber frame), removal of any silos, and the removal of all concrete pads, foundation walls, and footings. Following demolition, the contractor will be responsible for backfilling all foundation voids and excavations with clean compactable fill, grading, and topsoiling all disturbed areas. Temporary construction fencing is required before and during all site activities. All demolition debris must be hauled from the site and properly disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. The contractor must also provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation services necessary to complete the work within the City of Geneva.
