The requirement includes 100,000 square feet of warehouse space suitable for vehicle storage and maneuvering, and 25,000 square feet of finished office space. The space must be available for immediate occupancy in existing, finished condition, as the government does not anticipate using Tenant Improvements or Building Specific Amortized Capital. A fully serviced lease is required, and offered space must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability. The delineated area for the lease is as follows: North by NW 74th St to Hialeah Expressway / State Road 934; East by Florida State Rd 9 (aka NW 27th Ave); South by FL-968 (aka W Flagler St); and West by Florida Turnpike. The lease term is a firm 6 months with no option terms. Additionally, 240 parking spaces are required, with 100 surface spaces and 140 structured spaces within the warehouse.
