]online and remote tutoring request for information
Minnesota State is seeking information regarding online and remote tutoring solutions to support student success across a wide range of academic disciplines, student populations, and support needs. The system serves approximately 300,000 students annually across 26 colleges and 7 universities. This RFI aims to understand available solution models, subject coverage, student support methodologies, service delivery methods, organizational capacity, privacy and accessibility compliance, reporting capabilities, commercial readiness, and overall ability to serve a large public higher education system. The RFI is organized into ten question groups covering vendor and solution overview, scope of student support, online and remote tutoring approach, innovation and automation, tutor network and service delivery, institutional fit and integration, pricing and implementation, privacy and accessibility, vendor strategy, and evidence of effectiveness. Respondents are requested to provide concise, solution-focused responses describing their current capabilities and delivery models. This RFI is intended to inform system planning and potential future procurement phases, such as demonstrations, pilots, testing, or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
