Tents, Tables, and Chairs Rental for Columbus AFB Freedom Fest

This solicitation is for the rental of tents, tent blocks, chairs, and tables for the 2026 Columbus AFB Freedom Fest, to be held at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi in July 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation for the delivery, setup, teardown, and removal of the rental items. Key equipment specifications include: - Tents: 24 total, including 11 (20x40 or equivalent), 11 (10x10 pop-up), and 2 (20x20). - Chairs: 1,100 folding plastic chairs (black or white). - Tables: 150 (8' rectangular folding tables). Delivery and setup are to occur between July 1, 2026, and July 4, 2026, with all items fully set up by 1300 on July 4. Teardown and removal will take place between July 5 and July 6, 2026. Staking of tents is not authorized; tents must be secured with ballast blocks or sandbags. The contractor must ensure a hazard-free work area and obtain base access for personnel.
