City Commission, Community Development, Transportation & Engineering, Transportation, Streets, Building, Administration, Engineering, GVMPO
The City of Bozeman is soliciting qualifications from firms or teams of firms to undertake an update to its 2027 Transportation Master Plan (TMP). This project aims to revise the existing 2017 TMP to reflect current policies, planning strategies, and prioritization of capital transportation projects. The updated TMP will also serve as the compliant transportation facility plan under the Montana Land Use Planning Act (MLUPA). Proposals must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF file via email attachment to procurement@bozemanmt.gov by May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The email subject line must clearly identify the RFQ title, company name, and due date/time. Respondents must adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level A and AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements. The City's email attachment size limit is 25MB; larger files may be uploaded to the City Clerk's Office upon special arrangement, but the respondent is responsible for ensuring the upload is completed and the City is notified prior to the deadline. Respondents are required to agree to the City's non-discrimination and equal pay affirmation, provided as Appendix A. Administrative questions regarding proposal procedures should be directed to Mike Maas, City Clerk, at 406.582.2321 or procurement@bozemanmt.gov. Technical questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to Emiliano Esparza, P.E., City Engineer, at 406.582.2929 or Emiliano.Esparza@bozemanmt.gov.
