2026 Multimodal Railroad Improvements

The MS-AL Rail Authority is soliciting bids for the 2026 Multimodal Railroad Improvements project. The project includes the construction of approximately 440 feet of trackage (132 lb. Min., Class 1 Relay), two No. 8 turnouts, 50 tons of sub-ballast, and 410 tons of ballast, along with all necessary appurtenances. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. local time on Monday, June 22, 2026. Sealed bids should be submitted to the City Hall of Belmont, 94 Main Street, Belmont, MS 38827, or electronically via www.cceplanroom.com. Contract documents can be examined at the MS-AL Rail Authority, City Hall of Belmont, or Cook Coggin Engineers, Inc., 703 Crossover Road, Tupelo, Mississippi 38801. Bidders must register for an account at www.cceplanroom.com to view or order documents and to submit electronic bids. Payments for bid documents are nonrefundable and should be made payable to Plan House Printing and Graphics.
