Hunt Field Apron Reconstruction

The City of Lander is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of the general aviation apron at Hunt Field. This project involves the removal of existing asphalt or concrete, followed by excavation, grading, and the placement of a new base course and asphalt paving. Additionally, the project includes limited storm drainage improvements, installation of concrete encased conduit, and the demolition and installation of certain airfield signage. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 20, 2026, at 11 AM local time at Hunt Field, located at 1520 Rodeo Drive, Lander, Wyoming. A virtual attendance option will be provided. Bids will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, 240 Lincoln Street, Lander, Wyoming 82520, on May 7, 2026, at 2 PM local time. A non-refundable fee of $22.00 is required for registration and download to be placed on the plan holders list.
