Description

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), specifically the Cross Border Activities (CBA) Practice Area within the Large Business & International Division, is requesting industry input on the development and delivery of a software solution. This tool is intended to enable IRS personnel to model and analyze international tax provisions, including those under the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 (OB3), and existing tax law. The scope of this requirement encompasses not only the development and delivery of the software but also comprehensive support services. These services include user training, ongoing maintenance, and the eventual integration of the solution into IRS operations, all while ensuring compliance with taxpayer confidentiality requirements.
