EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at Tuskegee VA Medical Center

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System in Tuskegee, Alabama. The project requires a general contractor to perform work including, but not limited to, upgrading facility fiber throughout the buildings to each Telecommunication Room (TR), providing redundant fiber runs, installing additional electrical outlets, upgrading facility power and HVAC distribution, and conducting physical security assessments and upgrades. Hazardous material abatement and removal are also included. All work must adhere to the provided drawings and specifications. This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, with NAICS code 236220 and a size standard of $45.0 million. The estimated construction magnitude is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The period of performance is approximately 911 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
