Air Source Heat Pumps Installation Project

The Wilmington Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the EOHLC #342104 Air Source Heat Pumps project. The project involves the removal of the existing hydronic heating system and the installation of new air source heat pumps and electric water heaters at the State Aided Development: Deming Way (667-2) in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The estimated cost for this project is $912,830. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 SS44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 SS26 to 27H inclusive.
