The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking approximately 2,200 rentable square feet of existing retail space in or near Dallas, Texas. The ideal space must comply with federal, state, and local ordinances, meet Department of Defense force protection standards, and include designated or open parking. An initial five-year lease is anticipated. Interested parties are requested to submit expressions of interest, including the building name and address, as-built floor plan drawing, digital photo of the street view, area in both BOMA rental and usable square feet, rental rate per rentable square foot, and common area factors if applicable.
