Engineer Repair Yard Warehouse Roof Replacement

This solicitation is for the replacement of the roof at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, Engineer Repair Yard (ERY) warehouse. The scope of work includes removing and replacing translucent roof panels, repairing damaged eave struts and roof/wall sheathing, cleaning and recoating the entire roofline with a silicone sealant system, and removing and replacing damaged framing, sheathing, insulation, and ceiling under the eave strut replacement area. Mold remediation may be required. The contractor must provide all labor, supplies, materials, and services. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
