International Motor Truck and Bus Parts

Chatham Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for International Motor Truck and Bus Parts for the 2026-27 school year. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope clearly marked with the bid number and title. The deadline for bid submission is June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the district office between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by calling (518) 392-1530. Requests for bid packets can also be emailed to vanalstynee@chatham.k12.ny.us. For specific questions regarding the bid, please contact Walter Engel, Transportation Supervisor, at (518) 392-1521. All submitted bids are subject to general conditions and the acceptance of the proposal by the Board of Education. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
