This solicitation is for the construction of a soccer press box for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, identified by GS# 211-075. Bids will be received electronically via MAGIC or physically delivered to the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management at 501 North West Street, Suite 1401 B, Jackson, Mississippi, 39201, until 2:00:00 p.m. (14:00:00 Military Time) on Thursday, June 4, 2026. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read. Contract documents are available from Professional: Allred Architectural Group, PA, located at 711 Church Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, 39564. A deposit of $150.00 is required. Bid preparation will follow the Instructions to Bidders in the project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders' use at the bid site.
