This is a Sources Sought Notice (RFI) to identify potential sources for Keeler Vantage Plus LED Wireless Indirect Ophthalmoscopes. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a solicitation for 5 units of the Keeler Vantage Plus Convertible LED (Catalog/Part Number: 1205-P-1020). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515. The anticipated contract type is a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price. The Statement of Work (SOW) indicates that the contractor shall supply, install, and provide all required electrical interfacing for the ophthalmic equipment. Training for all staff members utilizing the equipment is also required at no additional cost to the government. The equipment must meet all salient characteristics defined in the SOW, and if non-brand name items are proposed, catalog numbers, part numbers, and characteristics must be furnished.
