Hex Nuts and Machine Screws

This solicitation is for the manufacture of various fasteners, including hex nuts and machine screws. Specific items required are identified by part numbers, such as FASTENAL COMPANY P/N: 11654-00564 (SCREW HEX THREAD CUTT, 3/8"-1"), FASTENAL COMPANY P/N: 70810 (NUT, HEX JAM, SS, 1/4"-20 GRADE), FASTENAL COMPANY P/N: 70714 (HEX NUT, .500-13 SS), and FASTENAL COMPANY P/N: 28948 (10-24 X 3/8" PHILLIPS DRIVE PAN HEAD ZINC FINISH STEEL MACHINE SCREW). All items must meet specified material and physical requirements. Marking requirements are to be in accordance with applicable Military Standards and Specifications, including MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-1285. Configuration control is to be managed per MIL-STD-973. Government source inspection is required as per FAR 52.246-2. Packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-STD 2073.
