Concrete Slab Replacement Services for Hawks Pointe and Eagle Ridge Subdivisions

The City of Hillsboro is soliciting proposals from qualified concrete contractors for concrete slab replacement in the Hawks Pointe and Eagle Ridge Subdivisions. The bid opening will take place on Friday, June 5th, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at 101 Main Street, Hillsboro, MO 63050. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope with "Subdivisions Concrete Bid" clearly marked. Bidders are required to include the Bid Submittal Sheet and proposal form, which can be found in the specification packet. The specification packet, detailing the scope of services, can be obtained from City Hall during business hours, downloaded from www.hillsboromo.gov under "Upcoming Bids," or by contacting Dave Sarver, Public Works Operations Manager, at 815-739-1462 or d.sarver@hillsboromo.gov. The City of Hillsboro reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
