Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Chapel is soliciting quotes for a non-personal services contract to provide lodging, meal services, and conference facilities for a Strong Bonds Marriage Retreat. The retreat aims to enrich marital relationships using the "7 Habits for Military Families" curriculum, which will be taught by Government personnel. The contractor will be responsible for logistical support. The services required include lodging accommodations for approximately 44 adults and 40 children for three days and two nights (22 rooms total), and meals and refreshments for the same number of attendees. The contractor must also provide meeting space with audio/visual equipment and a separate, appropriate space for childcare. The facility must be a beachfront property or located within one mile of a public beach access point, and within a 100-mile radius of Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC. It must be located on the CONUS East Coast, bordering the North Atlantic Ocean, with direct or secondary access to the North Carolina coastline. The facility must be ADA and Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act compliant, and offer complimentary parking. The contractor must have an active SAM.gov registration.
