Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive benefits administration package. This includes services for Medical, Family Forming, Critical Illness, Dental, Life & Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), COBRA, and Retiree Billing. The solicitation aims to secure a benefits partner to provide these services effective January 1, 2026. NWACC is a public institution of higher education with approximately 500 benefit-eligible employees and 1,100 total lives including dependents across three campuses. The college is seeking a best-in-class benefits program that offers excellent benefits, financial soundness, and innovative approaches to improving member health and well-being. Proposals will be evaluated based on various criteria including cost, service offerings, account management, communication strategy, performance guarantees, and reporting capabilities.
