Engineering Services for Downtown Traffic Enhancements

The City of Springfield, Illinois, in conjunction with Sangamon County, is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications for engineering services to address downtown traffic enhancements. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued in accordance with local purchasing codes and state statutes. Vendors are invited to submit proposals detailing their qualifications for this project. The proposals will be accepted until June 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. central time. Submissions can be made electronically through the City of Springfield's Electronic Vendor Bids Portal or in person at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 200, Municipal Center West, 300 South Seventh Street, Springfield, IL 62701. Proposals will be publicly opened at the specified date and time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submitted proposals.
