MPA 492 Open Enrollment Site Improvements

The State of Rhode Island is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, services, supervision, tools, and equipment for site improvements under the Open Enrollment MPA 492. Contractors must demonstrate the capability to complete all services in accordance with the solicitation documents. This solicitation also includes specific prevailing wage requirements as mandated by Rhode Island General Laws (RIGL) 37-13-1 et seq. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to prevailing wage rates, submit certified payroll records monthly, and comply with OSHA safety certifications for projects over $100,000. For projects valued at $1,000,000 or more, the employment of apprentices and adherence to trade-specific ratios are required. Compliance with all applicable provisions of RIGL 37-13-1 et seq. is mandatory.
