City of Omaha: Penetrating Concrete Sealer Application

The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for a project that involves surface preparation and the application of penetrating concrete sealer to pavement driving areas from back of curb to back of curb at various locations within the city. The scope of work may be adjusted by the Engineer during the contract period. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is June 24, 2026. This project requires the submission of an Economic Sustainability Plan (ESP) and includes an optional Apprentice utilization incentive. A bid bond is required, with specific acceptable substitutes outlined. The original bid bond or substitute must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date.
