Santa Rosa County Land Sale

Santa Rosa County, Florida, is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of approximately 13 acres of land located within the Santa Rosa Industrial Park East. The sale is contingent upon the end user committing to the creation of at least 100 jobs and an investment of $8 million. Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the procurement portal by 12:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026. Electronic responses are due by 10:15 a.m. on May 15, 2026, and will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams. Late submissions will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a non-refundable earnest money deposit of a minimum of $10,000.00, which will be credited towards the purchase price upon award. Santa Rosa County reserves the right to negotiate with the highest bidder, award multiple bids, waive informalities, reject all bids, or accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the County. The successful bidder must enter into a purchase agreement within thirty days of the bid event, and assignment of the agreement is subject to County approval.
