Purchase of Cubic/Trafficware and GRIDSMART Products, Support, and Service/Repairs

The City of Orlando intends to award a sole source contract for Cubic/Trafficware and GRIDSMART products, support, and service/repairs. Cubic ITS Inc. is identified as the exclusive source for these products and services in Florida, including development, manufacturing, distribution, integration field services, integration maintenance, and advanced technical support. Any other supplier who believes they are capable of providing similar products or services must submit their qualifications and product information to the Purchasing Agent via email by May 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET. This notice will remain active for seven calendar days.
