Rehabilitate Runway 14-32 Touchdown Zone and Terminal Apron, Phase 2

The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority (GBRAA) is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of Runway 14-32 Touchdown Zone and Terminal Apron, Phase 2 at the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport. This project involves full and partial depth concrete slab replacement, joint and crack sealing, spall repair, and the rehabilitation of pavement markings. The contract duration is 180 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages assessed for delays. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 9th, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a site visit. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and possess a current Certificate of Responsibility. Contract documents are available for purchase via paper or digital copy at www.flygptplans.com. Bids are due by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, and must include a 5% bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond within 10 days of award.
