Description

Clark County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, participant education and communication, and investment-related services for its 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. The primary goals of this request for proposal are to enhance participant retirement outcomes, analyze the overall competitiveness of the plan, provide integrated administration and reporting, improve participant education and communication, and reduce participant and plan expenses. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the plan effectively and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The contract is intended to begin on January 1, 2027, with an initial term of three years and potential for seven one-year extensions.
