Summit County Privacy Policy Update

Summit County, Utah is seeking a consultant to review and update their existing privacy policy. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the policy aligns with current legal requirements and best practices for government websites. The scope of this engagement includes all County agency websites. The consultant will focus on the collection and use of personally identifiable information (PII) and ensure compliance with the Governmental Internet Information Privacy Act.
