Description

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) is seeking proposals for hotel lodging to accommodate approximately 15-25 staff members attending the Basic Peace Officer Training Academy in Albany. The services required include up to 25 standard King or two queen-size bed rooms, single occupancy, with clean and functional bathrooms, for 4 to 5 nights per week. The training sessions are scheduled bi-weekly from September through November 2026, with specific check-in and check-out dates provided. Parking must be available on-site and included in the quote. Rates submitted must be within the United States General Services Administration (GSA) per diem rates for the relevant New York State county. The Department will provide a staff roster with arrival and departure dates two weeks prior to the training period. The term of the agreement is expected to be approximately five weeks between September 13, 2026, and November 20, 2026.
