Residential Backflow Testing Services

The City of Central Point's Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for residential backflow testing services. This contract requires a licensed and certified backflow tester to perform testing, maintenance, and reporting for approximately 4,800 backflow devices within the city limits. The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and program implementation with the City, and must supply all necessary labor, transportation, certified testing equipment, materials, and tools. The contractor must also maintain all required certifications, licenses, and insurance. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with procedures and requirements, or for good cause if it is deemed to be in the public interest.
