Public Library HVAC Controls Upgrade and Maintenance Services
Festus, MO
The City of Festus is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive HVAC solution. This includes upgrading the existing HVAC building automation system (BAS) at the Public Library with a new Tracer SC+ system, complete with integration, programming, and commissioning. The scope also covers the integration of six rooftop units and one mini-split system, development of user-friendly graphics, and all necessary control wiring. In addition to the upgrade, contractors must provide a separate, mandatory maintenance proposal for HVAC equipment at both the Public Library and City Hall. This includes maintenance for rooftop units, mini-splits, exhaust fans, air handling units, boilers, pumps, and VAVs. The maintenance proposal should detail preventative maintenance schedules, routine service tasks, emergency response times, annual cost breakdowns, and optional service tiers.
