Furnace, Boiler, and Heating System Service

The Ridgewood Board of Education is soliciting bids for as-needed service for furnace, boiler, and heating systems. Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction in trade categories C033 (Boilers - New Repair), C031 (Oil & Gas Burners), or C032 (HVACR). Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the School Business Administrator by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened publicly at the Education Center, 49 Cottage Place, Ridgewood, NJ 07450. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action Against Discrimination requirements and submit a Statement of Ownership Disclosure. For public works projects exceeding $20,000, bidders must also submit a Prequalification Affidavit, a Notice of Classification, and a Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00. All contractors must possess a valid New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate.
